Shipments (Orders placed by phone or e-mail)
Shipments are generally made by the United Parcel Service or the United States Postal Service, however, other servers are available upon customer request. Please notify us when placing your order if you have special shipping requirements.
Orders under $100.00 will be charged a handling fee of $5.00 along with the actual shipping costs. An additional fee will be charged for paper needing to be shipped flat. We do not ship on Saturdays.
We gladly ship international orders. Please contact us for further details.

The shopping cart will automatically calculate a base rate for your order based on the items which you ordered. There is no handling surcharge on web orders.*
We gladly ship internationally! However, because we are unable to currently properly calculate your shipping on the website, you will be billed for your paper order first, and then later billed for shipping on the day which we ship.
You will be contacted by e-mail (or telephone) on your shipping options and cost of each option.
※Orders placed from US states such as Hawaii or Alaska will have their "Ground" shipment replaced by USPS Priority Mail to ensure speedy and safe delivery; extra charges may apply (in which case, you will be contacted).
* Handling may apply for special large size papers or supply items (i.e. Slant Board Washing System). The surcharge will either automatically be calculated in your cart or we will directly contact you if your oversize item needs special arrangements.
