This paper, like our HM-1 Tengucho papers, is handmade by Sajio and Hironao Hamada in Kochi prefecture.  This is a high quality, thin, well-woven 100% kozo paper. The fibers are dyed multiple times to ensure a rich, dark black color. The fibers for this paper are cooked with soda ash.
