100% Polypropylene. This spongy, thin paper is used like Usukuchi Rayon paper but does expand as much when wet. This is used to cover work surfaces when lining paintings. It tends not to adhere with paste so it is useful for covering freshly pasted areas before weighting them. It is also used as a release paper when rubbing down freshly pasted edges.
