Uda is a paper made with clay--the clay is added to prevent worms, to make the paper strong against heat, and to soften the paper to prevent stretching or shrinking. We carry two different thicknesses. Uda is used for backing, the different thicknesses are used depending on the artwork needing to be mounted.
